Why we started KSHR Consulting.
We started KSHR Consulting because we watched too many great engineers take the wrong jobs — and too many strong engineering teams fail a critical hire — not because the right match didn't exist, but because the recruitment process was broken.
Traditional recruiters move fast and don't care about fit. They send ten CVs, you interview six, hire one, and three months later you're starting over. Meanwhile the candidate is stuck in a role that looked nothing like the pitch.
We built KSHR Consulting to do something different: use AI to do the heavy matching work, and use experienced humans to do the judgment work. The result is a smaller, better shortlist — and a process where both sides get treated like adults.
