First shortlist of 5 vetted candidates within 72 hours of receiving your brief. We don't wait to have a "perfect" list — 5 strong candidates in 3 days beats 10 average candidates in 2 weeks.
We run your job requirements against our candidate database using Claude AI. It scores each candidate across 5 dimensions: technical fit, experience level, location/timezone, salary alignment, and cultural signals. Candidates scoring below 60 don't make the shortlist. You see the score and the reasoning — not just a CV.
We'll do another round. Tell us what was off — stack, seniority, salary, communication style — and we'll adjust the brief and source again. In most cases the feedback helps us tighten the next batch. If after two rounds we still can't find a fit, we'll tell you honestly and you owe us nothing.
If the placed candidate leaves your company — for any reason — within 60 days of their start date, we source and place a replacement at no additional fee. The guarantee doesn't apply if the candidate is let go for reasons unrelated to fit (company restructure, budget cuts, role elimination). Full terms at /terms.
No. Contingency only. You pay when you hire — 50% on offer acceptance and 50% on the candidate's start date. No upfront fees, no monthly retainer, no invoice for roles we don't fill.
We charge a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary:
• Junior (0–3 years): 15%
• Mid-level (3–7 years): 18%
• Senior (7+ years): 20–25%
Payment is split 50% on offer acceptance + 50% on their start date. We invoice in INR for India placements and USD for international placements.
Yes. Most of our roles are remote or hybrid. We source India-based candidates for Indian companies and for global companies building remote India engineering teams. We don't currently place candidates who require visa sponsorship for US roles.
If you're already in conversation with a candidate before we introduce them, they're yours — we don't invoice for candidates we didn't source. We track introduction dates clearly and maintain an honesty-first policy.
No minimum contract or commitment. We work role by role. You can brief us on one role, hire, and never come back — that's fine. We'd rather earn a repeat client by doing great work than lock you into anything.
